Installation

Q1. Is this head unit suitable for all vehicles?
It is supplied with a universal wiring harness. Please check the dashboard dimensions and vehicle wiring before ordering.

Q2. Can I separate the screen from the main unit?
Yes. The screen and main unit can be installed separately with a compatible extension cable. Contact us about the optional 1m cable.

Navigation & Entertainment

Q3. Can I use Google Maps and YouTube?
Yes. The Android system supports compatible apps including Google Maps YouTube Waze and Spotify.

Q4. Does it work with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto?
Yes. Both wired and wireless connections are supported.

Q5. Can I customize the home screen and button lights?
Yes. Compatible third-party launchers can personalize the home screen, and supported button lighting colors and functions can be customized.

Radio & Audio

Q6. Does it support DAB+ digital radio?
DAB+ requires a compatible receiver and antenna. Please confirm the required accessories and regional compatibility before purchasing.

Q7. Can I connect an external amplifier or HELIX DSP?
Yes. It provides 4V pre-outs and optical/coaxial outputs for compatible audio equipment. Check the connection type required by your amplifier or DSP.

Q8. Does it support high-resolution audio?
The system is specified for 96kHz/24-bit audio processing. Actual playback depends on the audio source and the complete signal chain.

HDMI & Connectivity

Q9. Can I connect a headrest monitor or aftermarket camera?
Compatible headrest displays can use HDMI output. Supported aftermarket rear cameras and 360-degree camera systems may also be connected.

Q10. Can I use the original vehicle microphone?
No. Use the built-in microphone or a compatible external microphone instead.

Notes：

1. Joying head units can't support like below: iPod, factory GPS antenna, factory Bluetooth antenna, factory Microphone. You can use our included GPS antenna and mic.p>

2. Please don't upgrade your unit with other firmware that isn’t provided by Joying. Otherwise, you may not upgrade your unit anymore and also will lose our 2-year warranty.

3. All the price shown on this website is in EUR.

Shipping: 

1. We ship the unit from China Warehouse via DHL for free to most countries. Some remote countries need to pay extra shipping fee 20 euro.

2. We will arrange the shipment within 24 hours(except the weekend and some special holidays) and send you the tracking number via email, please make sure your email address is correct. Usually, it needs 3-7 days to most countries, some remote countries need 5-12 days.

3. Some accessories and harness which only available in China, it is shipping from China via China post as default. Usually, it needs 12-28 days. If you want a faster way, we can ship you via EMS(5-12 days) or DHL(3-7 days, may have tax when you received), but you need to pay extra shipping fees 15 euro via Here. More details pls Check Here.
