JOYING’s return and warranty policy only available for customers who purchase directly from JOYING brand

*We are not responsible for products sold by an JOYING seller or your local re-seller. The warranty of these products will depend on the policy of the re-sellers themselves.

*We are not responsible for the JOYING head unit installed on second hand car

*We are not responsible for the copy model on the market  which is not produced by JOYING

 

JOYING Warranty Policy:

JOYING Android head unit have 2 years warranty, accessories have 1 year warranty, including technology support and repair service.

1. JOYING offers free technology support, operation suggestion and repair service during warranty.

2. Warranty time starts from the day when the parcel is sent .

3. JOYING will still try to offer service for those products which are over the warranty

 

JOYING Return & Exchange Policy:

JOYING offer 30 days return&exchange policy, start from the date you sign for the parcel

(Products must be returned in the condition they were received in, JOYING do not undertake return shipping fee)

 

1) 0-7 days: 

Return for refund: Full refund, customers need to send the unit back as requested. We will fully refund the cost of the product after we receive the package and complete the condition-check.

 

Return for exchange: Customers need to send the unit back as requested. After getting the returned package, we will check the parcel's condition and accessories before exchanging other models.We assume the full shipping fee to resend the new item to you.

 

2) 7-15 days: 

Return for refund: 85% refund, 15% of the unit's price will be charged as depreciation cost. customers need to send the unit back as requested. We will refund 85% of the product price after we receive the package and complete the condition-check

 

Return for exchange: Customers need to send the unit back as requested. After getting the returned package, we will check the parcel's condition and accessories before exchanging other models.Customers need undertake the shipping fee for the new head unit.

 

3) 15-30 days:

Return for refund: 70% refund, 30% of the unit's price will be charged as depreciation cost. customers need to send the unit back as requested. We will refund 70% of the product price after we receive the package and complete the condition-check

 

Return for exchange: Customers need to send the unit back as requested. After getting the returned package, we will check the parcel's condition and accessories before exchanging other models., 10% of the unit's price will be charged as depreciation cost, Customers need undertake the shipping fee for the new head unit

 

4) Over 30 days, do not accept return and exchange:

We accept repair for all issues. Customer need to pay the shipping cost and ask our customer service for RMA before returning the unit. We repair the unit for free, except for the factitious broken parts or non-working problem caused by rooting JOYING head unit or installing the unknown and unsafe firmware/MCU.

 

Note: Pls have a check if there is any damage/defective at the first time when you receive the parcel

 

About the fee during warranty:

1) JOYING offer free repair service, but customer need undertake two sides shipping fee.

2) When return or change head unit, JOYING do not undertake the installation fee and uninstallation fee

3) When change to another head unit, the price difference is needed between 2 model.

3) JOYING offer free replace part, but customer need undertake deposit and shipping fee for the new replace part, also need undertale return shipping for the old part

4) Customer need undertake the tax fee when exchange the head unit or receive the replacement part.
