Q9. Will the original amplifier and subwoofer still work?
The system supports compatible factory amplifier and subwoofer configurations. The correct vehicle interface and audio connections may be required.

Q13. Can I connect an external HELIX DSP or amplifier?
Yes. The unit provides 4V front, rear and subwoofer pre-outs, along with optical and coaxial digital outputs for compatible external audio equipment.
Q14. Does it support 96kHz / 24-bit audio?
Yes. The system supports 96kHz / 24-bit audio sampling for compatible audio sources and connected equipment.
Q15. Can I use a 4G or 5G SIM card?
The system supports compatible 4G SIM cards. An optional 5G SIM solution is available for US customers, subject to modem and carrier compatibility.
Q16. Can I use the original factory microphone?
No. The original factory microphone is not supported. Please use the built-in microphone or connect an external microphone.

1. Joying head units can't support like below: iPod, factory GPS antenna, factory Bluetooth antenna, factory Microphone. You can use our included GPS antenna and mic.

2. Please don't upgrade your unit with other firmware that isn’t provided by Joying. Otherwise, you may not upgrade your unit anymore and also will lose our 2-year warranty.

Shipping: 

1. We ship the unit from China Warehouse via DHL for free to most countries. Some remote countries need to pay extra shipping fee 20 euro.

2. We will arrange the shipment within 24 hours(except the weekend and some special holidays) and send you the tracking number via email, please make sure your email address is correct. Usually, it needs 3-7 days to most countries, some remote countries need 5-12 days.
